RANGE, ACT, DTE, AND RT UNITE TO BECOME ONE COMPANY

We have exciting news! On August 4th, 2020, Range, along with its subsidiary companies (ACT, DTE, and RT), will unite under one brand name: Range. This will allow us to combine network capabilities and industry expertise enhancing the customer experience. The only change for current customers is our new logo, which you will see on your October statement. Below is the snapshot of our new look:

Even though we are combining four companies into one, we will still be your local phone and broadband provider and will continue to give you the same outstanding level of service. You can expect to speak and work with the same great staff. We appreciate your business, and we look forward to operating under our new look!

WILL THIS IMPACT MY SERVICE?

This will not negatively impact your service. We will still be your local phone and broadband provider, we are combine network capabilities and industry expertise, and enhancing the customer experience.

WILL THIS IMPACT MY CO-OP MEMBERSHIP?

Your cooperative membership and status will stay the same.

WHEN IS THE OFFICIAL TRANSITION TO THE NEW LOGO?

The public announcement will be August 4th, 2020. Customers will receive a new statement from Range on October billing. The official transition will happen on October 1st, 2020.

IS MY MONTHLY BILL GOING TO CHANGE?

No, your monthly bill amount will not change due to the change of our logo on October 1st.

WHERE DO I MAIL MY PAYMENT?

You will still mail payments to your regional office.

Current Range Customers:
Customers can still mail their payment to Range, PO Box 127, Forsyth, MT 59327, or stop by our office at 2325 Front St, Forsyth, MT. We encourage you to pay your bill online at https://ebill.rangeweb.net/.

Current ACT Customers:
Customers can mail their payment to the Sheridan office at 290 N Brooks St, PO Box 7039, Sheridan, WY 82801. We encourage you to pay your bill online at https://ebill.actaccess.net/.

Current DTE Customers:
Customers can still mail their payment to the Dubois office at 12 S 1st St, PO Box 246, Dubois, WY 82513. We encourage you to pay your bill online at https://ebill.duboistelephone.com/.

Current RT Communications Customers:
Customers can still mail their payment to the RT office at 130 S 9th St, PO Box 506, Worland, WY 82401. We encourage you to pay your bill online at https://ebill.rtcom.net/.

HOW WILL I CONTACT RANGE AFTER OCTOBER 1ST?

The corporate headquarters will continue to be in Forsyth, MT, with regional offices in Sheridan, Worland, and Dubois, WY. Customers will still be able to contact their local office for billing questions, service inquiries, and support. Phone numbers will not change during this transition.

WILL I HAVE TO CHANGE MY RT, ACT, OR DTE EMAIL?

Nope! You will still be able to receive and send emails from your RT, ACT and DTE emails, this will not impact your email service.
