The Simple Solutions Plan is subject to the terms and conditions for the individual service components of the Simple Solutions Plan as set forth in the price schedule and applicable Broadband service documents. Altering, suspending or disconnecting service may cancel price guarantee and may result in an early termination fee. The Simple Solutions Plan is subject to a one-year service agreement. If the Customer cancels the Plan prior to the expiration of the one-year service agreement, the Customer will be assessed an early termination fee equal to 1/12 of the $185 early termination fee for each full month remaining in the unsatisfied agreement period.

We pride ourselves on providing reliable, high quality services to our customers, but sometimes there are problems we do not have any control over. That’s where Premium Wire Care with Modem Protection comes in.

For only $5.00 a month Premium Wire Care with Modem Protection will cover the following:

• Repair or replacement of damaged telephone wiring and jacks in your home
• Repair or replacement of damaged Broadband wiring and jacks in your home
• Repair or replacement of Broadband Modem/Router ($84.95 value)
• Labor ($75 per hour charge)
• Mileage charges
• Damage due to lightning or power surge
• Accidental damage caused by customer
• Damage inherent to defect of equipment

This agreement does NOT cover the following situations or items:

• Move requests
• Telephones, answering machines, or cordless phones
• Wiring and modems destroyed by fire, flood or natural disaster
• Wiring that doesn’t meet minimum NEC wiring standards
• Equipment not purchased from Advanced Communications Technology

Premium Wire Care with Modem Protection is available for residential customers only.

The annual cost of Premium Wire Care with Modem Protection ($60.00) is less than a single hour of labor or the cost of a new modem if something were to happen.

Unlimited Data Excessive Use Clause: Unlimited Services. Prohibited Uses. We reserve the right to limit or suspend any heavy, continuous data usage that adversely impacts our network performance or hinders access to our network. Examples of prohibited uses include the following: (i) server devices or host computer applications, including, but not limited to, continuous Web camera posts or broadcasts, automatic data feeds, automated machine-to-machine connections or peer-to-peer (P2P) file-sharing; (ii) as a substitute or backup for private lines or dedicated data connections; (iii) “auto-responders,” “cancel-bots,” or similar automated or manual routines which generate excessive amounts of net traffic, or which disrupt net user groups or email use by others; (iv) “spam” or unsolicited commercial or bulk email (or activities that have the effect of facilitating unsolicited commercial email or unsolicited bulk email); (v) any activity that adversely affects the ability of other people or systems to use either our Service or other parties’ CANNOT BE USED FOR: (1) access to the Internet, intranets, or other data networks except as the device’s native applications and capabilities permit, or (2) any applications that tether your device to a laptop or personal computer other than for the use of Wireless Sync. Examples of prohibited uses include, without limitation, the following: (i) continuous mobile to mobile or mobile to landline voice calls; (ii) automated text or picture messaging to another mobile device or e-mail address; (iii) uploading, downloading or streaming of audio or video programming or games; (iv) server devices or host computer applications, including, but not limited to, Web camera posts or broadcasts, automatic data feeds, automated machine-to-machine connections or peer-to-peer (P2P) file sharing; or (v) as a substitute or backup for private lines or dedicated data connections. This means, by way of example only, that checking email, surfing the Internet, downloading legally acquired songs, and/or visiting corporate intranets is permitted, but downloading movies using P2P file sharing services and/or redirecting television signals for viewing on laptops is prohibited. A person engaged in prohibited uses may have his/her service terminated without notice or a refund.
