Buried beneath a marble slab in the center of St. James Chruch, Holetown, Barbados Inscription: 'To point out the dust of Samuel Barwick who in the 63rd year of his age died Comander in Chief of his native country Jan. 1st 1732 William his eldest son here placest this stone beneath which the ashes of Samuel the youngest son reunites in common mas with those of his father.'
He was a Sugar Planter.

He was a Sugar Planter.
